Good Beer & Good Food is our Passion

Situated in Vista’s North end, Prohibition Brewing Co. is rated as one of the highest quality restaurants and breweries in all North San Diego County. Meat baked in-house and cheese sliced fresh from the block. Our burgers and toppings are always fresh. Soups, salads, and sauces are all made from scratch using fresh, local ingredients. Even our pizza dough is made by hand.

Our large outdoor space and ample parking make Prohibition Brewing Co. a perfect space for large gatherings. We host live music, entertainment, milestone birthday parties, high school reunions, car shows, and countless charitable events.

Our beer is made by traditional methods while utilizing modern technology. Grain, hops, and yeast are all locally sourced and our computer controlled fermentation process ensures consistent quality, batch after batch. Our spent grain is even used by local farmers to feed their animals and fertilize their soil.

Not to brag, but we have been voted Vista’s Choice Brewery, won Taste of Vista, and currently hold 4 Gold medals and 1 Silver medal from the San Diego International Beer Festival.
